    Point-in-time restore lets you roll back to any backup point inside the retention window, typically minute-resolution for database-backed sites. Per AWS RDS official documentation on point-in-time recovery, the standard production benchmark for managed services is 5-minute Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and 30-minute Recovery Time Objective (RTO).     Disaster recovery runbook
