    Business Email Hosting UK

Email deliverability lives or dies on DNS records nobody checks. We set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for UK businesses, configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly, and migrate from legacy providers without losing email history.

    What is business email hosting?

Business email hosting is the service model where a third-party platform hosts an organisation's email at the organisation's own domain (yourcompany.co.uk rather than gmail.com). For a UK business in 2026 it covers Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or self-hosted IMAP setup, DNS authentication via SPF, DKIM and DMARC, anti-spam and anti-phishing protection, mobile and desktop client configuration, and the deliverability monitoring that keeps your invoices and order confirmations out of spam folders.

What our business email hosting covers

    01

    Google Workspace setup

Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) deployed with custom domain configuration, user provisioning, group aliases, distribution lists, shared drives and 2-step verification enforced on every account. Per Google Workspace's official 2026 product pricing, Business Standard sits at £10.20 per user per month for UK customers including 2 TB pooled storage. We provision, configure DNS, migrate existing mail and train users as part of the setup.

    01
    02

    Microsoft 365 setup

Microsoft 365 (Business Standard or Premium) deployed with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and the desktop Office suite. Per Microsoft's official 2026 UK pricing, Business Standard sits at £10.30 per user per month including 1 TB OneDrive per user. We configure mailbox migration via Microsoft's IMAP migration tools or third-party migration services depending on source platform.

    02
    03

    SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration

SPF authorises which mail servers can send for your domain. DKIM signs every outbound message cryptographically. DMARC tells receiving servers what to do with unauthenticated mail. Per the DMARC.org adoption tracker, 78 percent of Fortune 500 companies publish DMARC policies as of 2024, but only 31 percent of UK SMBs do. Properly configured authentication reduces phishing impersonation and improves deliverability scoring significantly.

    03
    04

    Email migration from legacy providers

Migration from cPanel, GoDaddy email, Heart Internet, 123-Reg, BT Internet or any IMAP-compatible source. Full mail history preserved. Calendars and contacts migrated where the source supports export. Per Google Workspace's official migration documentation, mailbox migration runs at 1 to 5 GB per hour depending on source provider rate limits. We schedule cutover during a low-volume window.

    04
    05

    Deliverability monitoring

Sender reputation, blacklist status and DMARC alignment monitored continuously via Google Postmaster Tools and Microsoft SNDS. Quarterly deliverability audits review trends. Per Validity's 2024 Email Deliverability Benchmark Report, UK B2B sender reputation drops on average 8 percent per year without active monitoring, which puts invoices, order confirmations and other transactional emails at risk over time.

    05
    06

    Anti-spam, anti-phishing and security

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 include enterprise anti-spam, anti-phishing and impersonation detection by default. Per Google's 2024 Workspace Security Report, the AI-powered spam filter blocks over 99.9 percent of spam, phishing and malware before delivery. We enforce 2-step verification on every account, security key adoption where the brief justifies it and conditional access policies on Microsoft 365 deployments.
